Jacketed Pulsation Dampener for Hot and Cold Liquids

FOR HOT AND COLD LIQUIDS
Pulseguard pulsation dampeners are generally available with jackets. Dampeners jackets are available for steam pressure, hot and cold heat transfer oil, and refrigerants to order stating pressure. Jacketed dampeners may be provided with removable jackets for better dampener cleaning, or with non removable welded jacketing that remains part of the damper shell.

APPLICATIONS
Examples: melted cheese, melted wax, cooling the suction supply to pumps with volatile and gaseously absorbed liquids to improve the NPSHA and prevent suction cavitation.

CONSTANT TEMPERATURE and IN PLACE FLUSHIBILITY
The dampener multi flow path "in line through flow" piping base blocks ensure constant temperature within the dampeners capsules, helping constant agitation, lack of sedimentation, and flushibility.
