High Pressure Pulsation Dampener with PTFE / Plastomer Membrane

Pulsation dampeners with PTFE, DuPont Teflon, or LDi FlexFlon, Diaphragms. Basics of the "Flexorber" dampener design is to compensate for the lack of responsiveness and life of PTFE based membrane materials, by: Increase in diameter to improve the ease of response to pressure change. Concentric ripples or bonded elastomeric backing to provide resilience. Contour reversal diaphragm stroke support. Integral anti-extrusion support, spanning multi flow paths. Minimum down time capsule change-out, preserving system integrity.

FlexOrber pulsation dampeners feature: Optional secondary containment sealing, & Hazard alert porting from between multi- layer diaphragms. 10:1 safety ratio between hydro forming pressure and MAWP. Bolt and flange ring stressing in accordance with Appendices 1 & Y. Fully solution annealed housings. 20 year proven fatigue resistance life. Twelve bolt pattern, with three of twelve elongated providing mounting point with nuts. The largest volume in the business, and the largest range of sizes and pressures. The biggest connections . Split line safety band coverage.
